Once the build fee is paid in full, you can buy the site outright. The price is set by plan, so there is nothing to negotiate. It starts at the figure below and drops with every monthly payment, down to a floor.

Professional after 12 months at $149 costs $4,997.40 to buy. Start from $7,500, the price to own it outright. Subtract the $2,495 build fee. Subtract $357.60, 20% of $1,788 in monthly fees. Add $350 for the export and the call.
It pays for designing and building the pages and forms your plan includes, checked on mobile before launch, with a security review and https. You supply the words and photos, or you can add content as its own project. Half is due at signing and half when you approve the site for launch.
Your monthly plan starts on launch day and runs month to month. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

You do, as a rule. If you would rather we write the words or take the photos and short video, that is content, priced as its own project.
The plan keeps the site online. Showing up on Google and on maps is search setup, an add-on on any plan, priced as its own project. In 1–2 weeks we fix the structure and speed, write the titles and descriptions, set up your Google Business Profile and listings, add redirects when you replace a site, and leave you visitor stats you own plus one report when the setup is done. It does not write the page words. Content does that. An ongoing search review is after-launch support on a custom website.
We send a full export of your content within 5 business days. The site goes offline after the last paid day. Your domain stays yours.
